Under 6:
Introduction to ball mastery activities = a really good relationship with the ball.
UNDER 8:
Introduction to team mates and opponents by playing really small sided games such as 2v2 and 3v3.
UNDER 10:
Introduction to 5v5 and 6v6. Introduction to EXTERNAL competitions.
UNDER 13:
Introduction to 7v7 and a greater focus on the principles of play.
UNDER 16-18:
Introduction to 9v9 and 11v11. Refining all the fundamental principles to compete in league football and a greater emphasis on emotional and mental skills.
