For players U10–U19 ready to train seriously, compete consistently, and grow into confident, intelligent footballers.

 

High-level training and competitive opportunities for ambitious young footballers who want to reach higher levels of the game — in school, club, or beyond.

 

Training is intense, enjoyable, and challenging.
We expect players to take responsibility for their effort, focus, and behaviour.

 

Our sessions balance structure and creativity — what we call “controlled chaos” — because footballers must learn to make smart decisions in unpredictable situations.

Players get real game experience through three key avenues:

• ⚽ Friendly Matches – Open to all academy players for development and testing.

• 🏆 Diamond Youth Football League (U12, U14, U16) – Structured weekly competition.

• 🚀 FKF County League (U19) – A bridge to senior-level football and professional pathways.

 

Selection for league play is earned through merit:
First by securing a place in the season roster, then the matchday squad, and finally the starting line-up.

This journey will stretch each player — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
There will be moments of discomfort and challenge — but it’s exactly here that real growth happens.
